Our registered yoga and Pilates teachers have gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga. Our Pilates Instructors are Balanced Body Certified in all mat and apparatus. We provide over 20 years of health, wellness, and fitness experience to help guide and prepare students for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.
